We’re looking forward to a weekend full of amazing performances at FYF Fest. Now that the set times have finally been released, we can all start planning our days in the park. Really excited to seeing The Faint, The Orwells, FIDLAR, Father John Misty, Redd Kross, Future Islands, King Khan & The Shrines, Allah-Las, Hot Snakes and so many more. These are sure to be the best days of summer. You can see all of the set times below and hopefully there aren’t too many conflicts for you and get ready to do some sprinting from stage to stage.

This is all taking place at L.A. Historic Park just north of Chinatown on September 1st-2nd. Save on parking and gas by riding your bike into the fest and using the secured bike parking on College and Spring. You can also go metro and hop on one of the near by trains that will be running until 2am for festival attendees.

2-day passes to FYF Fest are still available to purchase online through Ticketfly and a few of the local record shop. Tickets start at $89.00 plus fees, but we do suggest buying yours at one of THESE shops and save on the uneccesary fees. We hope to see you guys there and we’ll be roaming around and snapping photos of the bands and all of your smiling faces. See ya this weekend!

Things I’ve learned/have happened to me at FYF Fest:

1. Boxed Water is way more popular than bottled water but don’t ask me if you can trade your bottled water for my boxed water because I need that shiz more than you.

2. It’s effing hot and I mean it. Never underestimate the sun.

3. It’s very dusty so come prepared to cover your face with something unless you want to have dust in your throat and brown snot.

4. Read signs people. It makes my life and your life much easier.

5. Be nice and courteous. Remember what yo momz taught ya.

All in all, FYF Fest was fun and I hope those who were lucky enough to attend had fun too! Hopefully some of you got to visit the goldenvoice booth and bought some tickets to upcoming shows without ticketmaster fees! The long weekend is still lookin’ mighty fine so enjoy the rest of it and stay safe!
